About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee mining operators at the Sino Iron Mine in WA. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient production, and supporting a high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support mining plant operators to achieve production and safety targets
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with site procedures
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and incident reviews
• Foster a positive team culture built on communication, safety, and accountability
• Liaise with client representatives to maintain strong working relationships

Requirements

• Current S26 Supervisor Qualification (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience as both an operator and supervisor in mining support operations
• Strong understanding of mobile plant capabilities (dozers, loaders, haul trucks water carts, etc.)
• Proven commitment to safety leadership and positive team engagement
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work an 8/6 dayshift roster
• Flights provided ex-Perth
