About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Plant Operators to
join our team at the Sino
Iron Mine in WA. These are hands-on production roles working as
part of a high-performing team in a busy operational environment.
Available Positions
- Dozer Operators - $65.00 p/h
- Loader Operators - $65.00 p/h
- Water
Cart Operators - $62.50 p/h
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of allocated machinery in line with site procedures and daily work plans
- Earthmoving and production support activities including pushing loading, stockpiling and water management
- Work collaboratively with other operators and site personnel to achieve production targets
- Follow all safety protocols, including
hazard identification, pre-start checks, reporting, and participation in
toolbox meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience operating:
- CAT D11 Dozers (Trimble experience preferred) and/or
- Komatsu WA1200 Loader and/or
- CAT 785 / 777 Water Cart
- Construction induction (white card)
- Be able to complete a mask fit test
- Proven commitment to positive team engagement
- Excellent communication and
problem-solving skills
Roster and Conditions
- 2 on 1 off dayshift only roster initially, with a move to rotating day / night roster in the future
- Flights provided ex-Perth
- Immediate start
