Our machinery is used at flagship Australian mines to produce iron ore, coal, gold, nickel and other commodities. 

About the role

National Plant & Equipment have a position available for an experienced Management Accountant to join our rapidly growing and professional team. 

• Permanent Full time role
• Based out of our Corporate Head Office in Southport.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts and Board reports.
• Assist with budgeting & forecasting.
• Maintain machine rental management tool.
• Assist with governance requirements.
• Provide timely and appropriate analyses as required.
• Support other finance functions when required.

Skills & experience

• Degree qualification in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Strong IT skills and the ability to follow complex spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
