The role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Superintendent (MEM) to continue driving the success of our maintenance team at Goonyella mine site. With our streamlined management model, you will enjoy fast decision making and deal directly with our Managing Director while having support from our existing Maintenance Superintendents. 

• Permanent full-time role, based out of Goonyella mine site
• Ensure the accuracy of our maintenance system (AMT) for Client and Management reporting
• Effectively manage work teams to ensure Safety, Availability and Reliability targets are being met
• Provide support, leadership and supervision to our maintenance team
• Manage the maintenance strategy and lifecycle budget for each machine
• Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders – Operations, Client, OEM’s, service providers etc.

Skills & experience

• Australian recognised trade completion certificate
• Minimum 3 years previous superintendent experience
• High level of technical skills on a diverse fleet of equipment.
• Experience working on various heavy earthmoving equipment
• Outstanding troubleshooting / diagnostic skills
• Proven Leadership in frontline maintenance
