About the company

The National Group is a leading mining-services company in Australia. For 25 years, we have supplied heavy-earthmoving equipment and end-to-end mining services to the world’s largest resource companies. Our machinery is used at flagship Australian mines to produce iron ore, coal, gold, nickel and other commodities.

About the role

• Permanent full-time
• Based out of our Nebo Facility
• Learn on the job with no block training requirements
• Exposure to various mining equipment including excavators, dozers, dump trucks

Skills & experience

• A current drivers licence and own transport is advantageous
• A keen interest in all things mechanical, particularly large earthmoving equipment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Pre-apprenticeship courses and work experience in a diesel fitting environment highly regarded
