About the role

National Group is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our fast-growing team! Based at our Corporate Head Office in Southport, this role will be the first point of contact visitors and callers, playing an important part in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our staff and clients.

This role also provides general administrative support to the corporate team and helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

  • Permanent full-time role
  • Based out of our Corporate Head Office in Southport
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing meeting room bookings and preparing meeting spaces
  • Collection, distribution and preparation of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Growth opportunities within our office

Skills & experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reception or administrative role preferred
  • Exposure to a corporate office environment will be highly regarded
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, positive-experience focused approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
