National Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) maintenance and operational teams at the Sino Iron Mine in Western Australia.

You’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating our on-site teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of our equipment, while maintaining strong relationships with our client.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage HME operations and maintenance activities on site
  • Oversee project delivery, budgets, and resource planning to achieve operational targets
  • Drive safety, efficiency, and performance across maintenance and operational crews
  • Liaise closely with the client and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain and strengthen National Group’s valued partnership with the mine owner

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in project or site management within mining earthworks
  • Strong technical understanding of Heavy Mobile Equipment operations and maintenance
  • Plant mechanical trade (or similar)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, production-focused environment
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence
