Parts & Logistics Planner
Looking for
your next opportunity in mining? We’re seeking an experienced Parts &
Logistics Planner to support our operations on a major Tailings Storage
Facility (TSF) construction project at Sino Iron.
This role will see you coordinating parts procurement, freight and logistics to
support a fleet of heavy mobile equipment, ensuring critical TSF embankment and
earthworks activities continue without disruption within a high-performing team
environment.

The Role
- Planning, sourcing and ordering parts to support maintenance requirements
- Raising and processing purchase orders using Epicor
- Coordinating freight and logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts to site
- Liaising with Maintenance Planners to forecast upcoming works and requirements
- Monitoring parts availability and managing supplier lead times
- Expediting urgent and critical component orders
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, deliveries and inventory
- Working collaboratively with suppliers, freight providers and internal teams to minimise downtime
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a Parts, Logistics or Maintenance Planning role within mining or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics in remote site environments
- Experience using Epicor or similar ERP systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
