Roster and Conditions

• 8 days on / 6 days off roster – dayshift only (initially)
• DIDO from Karratha / Port Hedland

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of HD Mechanics and servicepersons
• Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks
• Drive safety and compliance through effective leadership and field presence
• Lead preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
• Support planning, breakdown response, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenance data via AMT
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure reporting accuracy

What You'll Need

• Trade-qualified in relevant mechanical field (Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an open-cut mining environment
• S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
• HR driver’s licence preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CAT surface mobile equipment
• Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally, and liaise confidently with clients and management
• Ability to wear a respirator uninhibited (no facial hair)
