HD Mechanics - Cape Preston

Looking for your next big move in mining? We’re looking for experienced, trade-qualified HD Mechanics, for a newly acquired project at Sino Iron mine. This is a great opportunity to work on class leading heavy mobile equipment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Service, maintain and repair a fleet of D11 dozers and other HME
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
• Accurate maintenance records via AMT
• Follow site procedures
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team to minimise machine downtime

What we're looking for

• Heavy-Duty Fitter or Plant Mechanic trade certificate
• HR driver’s licence
• Experience with CAT and Liebherr mining equipment preferred
• Ability to wear respirator without restriction as required (i.e. clean shaven)
• Solid commitment to safety and teamwork
